I ACCEPTED AN OFFER ON A TEAM. NOW WHAT DO I DO?

Below is a list of all the items that need to be done on or before the Mandatory Parent Meetings – please make sure to read this page thoroughly in order for you to be completely prepared at the meeting. Everything you need is on the page including all forms, links for USAV, AAU registrations as well as info on payment plans.

  • Congratulations! We are excited for this upcoming club season and being able to have you on one of our LUVC teams!

    When you accept an offer for a team, THIS IS OUR LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CLUB AND THE PLAYER (letter of commitment) that will guarantee the player to be rostered and play for LUVC the upcoming club season.

    You will be sent a registration link to direct you to the website to print out all necessary paperwork for the Mandatory Parent meeting.

    Non-refundable Deposit.

    All Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. These funds are used for tournament entry and other preseason costs.

    2023 Parent and Player Contract - Please make sure you read it! Hard copy of the signature page is required at Parent Meeting.

    Player Parent Meetings:

    Team assigned times will be in the email received after accepting the spot. Players may only come during their assigned time.

    Deposits, Paperwork and Membership are due at or before the Parent/Player Meetings.

    USAV Medical Release - Hard copy required at Parent Meeting

    JVA Medical Release - Hard copy required at Parent Meeting

    Many of our tournaments are JVA and therefore this form is required for ALL players.

    Copy of Birth Certificate - Hard copy required at Parent Meeting even if you played for LUVC last season. All Players need to bring a copy with their paperwork.

    USAV and AAU Memberships:

    Both USAV and AAU memberships are required for all players regardless of age or team. Click on the USAV/AAU membership tab for more information.

  • MANDATORY PARENT MEETING SCHEDULE - COMPLETED

    All Meetings for all teams are held at the Level Up Sports Performance. These are mandatory for Parent and Player and are NOT drop in - Players need to come during their assigned meeting time.

  • Both AAU and USAV are required for ALL Players. All players who will be 18 at ANY POINT IN TIME during the season must also complete the Safesport Training: Info on all items can be found below.

    USAV Membership:

    If you are creating a new account (first time users) - Please be sure to create the PARENT ACCOUNT first - there will be a spot to add the player under your “household”

    The cost is broken down into 2 fees so you can see who gets what: USAV's portion and the Carolina Region's portion.

    All players must choose JUNIOR FULL SEASON.

    We do not need an emailed copy - your player will show up in the database

    HELP for SportsEngine/USAV Membership issues:

    AAU- New and Current Player:

    Registration/Renewal Link - Be sure to enter the club code (the code will be posted on team app) or select Level Up Volleyball Club from the dropdown. You do not need to email a copy as we will see you in the database.

    Who is required to take the Core Center for SafeSport Training?

    Any new member who falls into the category of the required training (Club Director, Coach, Tournament Directors, Referee's, Organization Admins, Team Managers or Chaperones).

    Any junior member turning 18 during the season.

    A 2022 Carolina Region Junior Players 18's membership should be purchased and that will have the SafeSport eligibility requirement.

    Completing at beginning of season eliminates the having to be in a rush and tracking when they turn 18 and getting it completed before they become ineligible during the season.

    Who is required to take the Refresher Courses?

    Any member who has taken the Core Center for SafeSport training and that has expired. Each year there will be a Refresher so if previous year completed Refresher 1 the next year would be Refresher 2 and so on.

  • All invoices are DUE on the 1st of each month.

    There will be a total of 5 monthly payments beginning November 1st and ending on March 1st.

    Payments need to be made by one of the following methods:

    • Venmo (amanda-allison-35)

    • Check (made out to Level Up)

    • Cash

    Drop a check off at the facility on or before the 1st. It must be in the mailbox no later than by the 5th of each month.

    There is a late fee of $5/day.

    If paying by cash – please use a sealed envelope with player’s name.

    Coaches DO NOT take payments. All payments must be collected by the director (Amanda Allison).
