CLASS FOCUSES:

  • Speed, Agility & Conditioning

  • Explosive Power: Plyometrics, Jumping, Landing, First Step, Quickness

  • Running Form/Technique

  • Strength: Upper & Lower Body Weight Strength

  • Balance & Core Work

  • Flexibility: Stretching & Muscle Activation

AGE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7 years old +

STRENGTH | VERTIMAX

CLASS FOCUSES:

  • Ultimate Speed, Agility, & Conditioning

  • Become More Powerful & Explosive: Increase vertical almost immediately!

  • Comprehensive Strength Training: Lifting programs used for elite level athletes

  • Proper Form & Technique: Running Form, Lifting Form, Landing, etc.

  • Core Strength

  • Injury Prevention & Flexibility

AGE REQUIREMENT:

  • 10 years old- College
