Has over 2,000 hours in the Strength and Conditioning field before starting Level Up Sports Performance in 2015. Countless hours spend under the head physical therapists at Thomas Hand and Physical Therapy and K2 Sports Therapy & Performance, which allows her to have the knowledge and understanding of preventative exercises and cues along with rehabilitation. Worked under a few head collegiate strength and conditioning coaches at UNCC while receiving a degree in Exercise Science. This allowed her strength/speed programs to develop into collegiate style lifting programs that GUARANTEE results within the first week. Became a strength and speed trainer at The Fieldhouse Athletic Center, working with athletes with the strength and speed programs in place. Coached high school, Varsity and Junior Varsity, volleyball at Pine Lake Preparatory in 2014 and 2015. Has lead countless skills sessions with soccer, volleyball, basketball, and softball players around the area. Led the physical education classes for the North Carolina Home School Program for 2.5 years for ages 8-18 years old.

“In her experience, she continues to find the best ways to train each athlete with strength, speed, power, agility, and coordination. Her focus is to mold programs around the sport and positions instead of generically training the athlete and hope for the best results. Her love for sports and her passion to help others reach their full potential is what has her succeeding in this field.”
