Program Layout

Sports specific and individually tailored strength programs for ages 13+ and all sports.  We focus on gaining strength in the muscles that are being utilized in the athlete's sports(s). Our owners have developed these strength programs with the guidance of multiple collegiate strength and conditioning coaches. The athletes will eventually train in the same ways as the our collegiate athletes by Junior year in high school.


Our highly-qualified trainers will work on muscular endurance, muscular hypertrophy, muscular strength, and muscular power by incorporating their knowledge with degrees in Exercise Science. Sport-specific strength training programs are fundamental to an athlete's development and success. Long gone are the days when coaches shunned weight lifting for fear that it might hinder the performance of fine skill and correct technique. It's now accepted that high levels of strength are a prerequisite to superior speed, power, strength endurance and overall sporting performance.
