Both AAU and USAV memberships are required for ALL Players.

USAV Membership:

If you are creating a new account (first time users) - Please be sure to create the PARENT ACCOUNT first - there will be a spot to add the player under your “household”

The cost is broken down into 2 fees so you can see who gets what: USAV's portion and the Carolina Region's portion.

All players must choose JUNIOR FULL SEASON.

We do not need an emailed copy - your player will show up in the database

AAU- New and Current Player:

Registration/Renewal Link - Be sure to enter the club code (the code will be posted on team app) or select Level Up Volleyball Club from the dropdown. You do not need to email a copy as we will see you in the database.

Who is required to take the Core Center for SafeSport Training?

Any new member who falls into the category of the required training (Club Director, Coach, Tournament Directors, Referee's, Organization Admins, Team Managers or Chaperones).

Any junior member turning 18 during the season.

Carolina Region Junior Players 18's membership should be purchased and that will have the SafeSport eligibility requirement.

Completing at beginning of season eliminates the having to be in a rush and tracking when they turn 18 and getting it completed before they become ineligible during the season.

Who is required to take the Refresher Courses?

Any member who has taken the Core Center for SafeSport training and that has expired. Each year there will be a Refresher so if previous year completed Refresher 1 the next year would be Refresher 2 and so on.

Ordering Deadline:

• At parent/player meeting, we will collect all sizing information to place order ASAP

Uniform Pickup Date:

• Pick up will happen during practice times

Hotel booking:

• The club director will be contacting hotels to create a block of rooms for the teams to book with.

• If you decide to stay outside of the team hotel, please communicate this with the coach.

Transportation:

• Each family is responsible for getting players to the tournaments at a reasonable time depending on if the team is morning or afternoon wave.

• Carpool communication will be made through the team app with the parent group chat that will be created at the beginning of the season.

Meal expectations:

• Tournaments are team events, not family events. We try to do at least one outing with the families to give the organization time to build bonds off the court and outside of volleyball.

Spectator tickets:

• This information will be shared on the team app when the information is provided by the tournament directors.

Travel etiquette:

• Remember you are representing LUVC on and off the court. Please be responsible and respectful every where you go the we are away at tournaments.

• Recruitment is mainly based on the parent’s communication and reactions at tournaments.

Payment Schedule:

• $750 deposit will be made when you accept the spot on the team. This will secure your spot for season.

• 6 monthly payments of $375 will then be made for the remaining balance.

Payment Portal:

• create a membership account on the website to start placing your deposit and get scheduled for your monthly payments for you club dues.

Late Payment Policy:

• If you make payments another way and you are late to pay, you will owe $50/day that the payment is late.

• If you are late on your payments, your player will NOT be able to attend any practices or trainings until you are caught up.

• Look at the sponsorship form above to be able to give to the business that you are able to get to sponsor your players/the club

• 100% of the sponsorships you are able to get goes towards you club dues.
