PROGRAM FOCUSES:

  • Bulking Muscles and Toning

  • Building Strength & Stability

  • Gaining Mass in Focused Muscle Groups: Target Areas for Each Client Will Be Addressed

  • Strength: Upper & Lower Body Weight Strength

  • Balance & Core Work

  • Flexibility: Stretching & Muscle Activation

AGE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 18 years old +

 

Toning/Weight loss

  • Losing Weight/Burning Fat

  • Building Strength & Stability
