Level Up's strength program provides men and women with a motivating atmosphere to lose weight and get in shape.

Throughout the training program your trainer will meet with you personally and privately to discuss your progress, which is tracked throughout the training cycle. Level Up strength is a fun and unique way to look and feel better!

Group Classes

A one hour, high intensity circuit style class designed to increase stamina, core strength and muscle tone while BURNING FAT. Whether you are a fitness buff or someone aiming to simply look your best, this class is for you! Work at your own level of intensity while trainers ensure proper form and attempt to test the limits of your stamina. Invest time and effort in this workout and you will love the returns!

Saturday boot camp

Level Up Boot Camp is a program for all men and women and all fitness levels. This program provides an circuit-based training with accountability, direction and encouragement. Our hour-long training sessions include total body training, strength and resistance exercises, core work, balance training and obstacle courses to get you into shape. Level Up Boot Camp also consists of nutritional advice, so you get the most out of your training.
